Delay Dustin & Amy

Dustin & Amy Delay
Dustin and Amy share the Amway™ business with others by letting them know, “It is a way to earn secondary income because everyone shops,” explains Amy. “We tell prospects it’s a way to earn extra money. For most people, that money really helps,” adds Dustin.

Because of the Delay’s secondary income through Amway, they have been able to purchase their dream home, five wooded acres with a pond and a pool. “We now have a place our family and team can hang out together,” remarks Amy. “Since becoming IBOs we’ve developed meaningful friendships that will last a lifetime.” Dustin says, “Our mentors, the Dussaults, have taught us to lead by example. People do what you do. If you teach people to get the same or better results than you, you can all be successful. Amy and I tell new business owners to figure out their reason for building the business and to not lose sight of it.”

Dustin and Amy are grateful the Amway™ business has taught them to dream again. Amy’s warmth and enthusiasm keep the team positive. She shares, “Dustin is a huge dreamer and has vision for our lives. I’m the organized one who keeps him on track.”
The Delays continue to work their traditional jobs; Dustin as a consultant in the propane industry, and Amy as a CPA. “We go to work every day because we choose to and not because we have to for the dollar bill,” explains Dustin. “If we hadn’t started our Amway™ business, I feel like we’d be doing the same boring thing at 75 as we were at 25. We feel like we’ve gained our lives back. The business has given us the freedom to dream again like when we were kids.”

In the coming years, the Delays plan to retire from their traditional jobs, once they achieve their next goal of going Diamond. They also dream of visiting Peter Island. “Going on a first-class, all-expenses-paid incentive trip to Miami for Achievers was awesome.”
