Nafte Dennis & Danielle

Dennis & Danielle Nafte

Continuing the Family Legacy

Danielle likes to say that she got in the business at age 9’ “because that’s how old I was when
my parents (Vinny And Dayna Pappalardo) started their business, and that’s when I was introduced to this wonderful opportunity. Amway helped us rebuild our lives after my parents lost everything.”

Dennis wasn’t quite so young when he was first introduced to the business – he signed on right after
college – but he, too, was excited as soon as he saw it. “I’ve always been a dreamer, thinking there’s got to be more meaning to life than just going to work every day for 50 years and having nothing to show for it at the end.”

A long Time Athlete, Dennis was very comfortable in a team environment and being coached and encouraged by others. The couple thanks the Pappalardos – “our Heroes‘”– for guiding them along
the way and teaching them to become mentors themselves. “There’s greatness in all of us. It’s our job to bring it out and empower people to be their best,” observes Danielle. “You just have to lock arms and stay persistent  and consistent.”

Although you’d never know it today, Dennis says that at first, he was “deathly afraid” of talking with people about the business. “But hey, you just have to laugh at yourself and that everything takes practice,” he says.

He also believes people are happiest when they’re in the process of accomplishing a goal. “That’s why when you hit one peak, you should always be looking for the next one, ” he states. “Every day counts as you progress a little bit more.”
